Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect on secureinself.com, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and we only collect what we need.
Who is responsible
The data controller is the publisher of Secure in Self (see our Terms & Conditions). For any privacy question, write to contact@secureinself.com.
What we collect and why

We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising cookies.
Who processes it
We use a small number of trusted providers, each bound by data protection agreements:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): email lists and sending.
- Supabase: secure database for quiz results and orders.
- Vercel: website hosting and technical logs.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd): audience statistics, only if you accept. Google signals and advertising features are turned off.
- Payment provider (for ebook purchases): payment processing; we never see your card details.
- Trustpilot: if you choose to leave a review, it is published under Trustpilot’s own terms.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. When they do, transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Newsletter and quiz contacts: until you unsubscribe, or after 3 years without any interaction.
- Order data: as long as required by accounting and tax law.
- Technical logs: a few weeks at most.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*, kept up to 13 months) to measure how the website is used. They are only set if you click “Accept” on the banner. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. For anything else, write to contact@secureinself.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
